Granting investment certificates for two Korean projects

In the morning of April 17th, 2018, the Management Board of Industrial Parks held a ceremony to hand over certificates of investment registration for 2 investors from South Korea including Hanbo ENC Vina Co. Ltd and ACT CO., LTD.

Mr. Bui Minh Hong, Head of the Management Board of Industrial Parks grants the investment certificate to Hanbo ENC Co., Ltd.

The project of Hanbo ENC Co., Ltd specializes in manufacturing, processing bags, packages to contain products, electronic accessories from leather; manufacturing the leather strap for leather bags, packages containing the products, electronic accessories with the scale of 7.2 million products with a total investment capital of USD 5 million.

The ACT VINA plant project of ACT CO., LTD specializes in manufacturing and processing printed circuit boards for mobile phones and electronic devices with a total registered scale of 10 million products/year, the registered capital is USD 7 million.

The issuance of investment certificates for these two projects contributes to raise the total investment capital of Korean investors in Vinh Phuc to nearly USD 1.4 billion, accounting for 56% of the total number of projects and 48% of the total foreign direct investment capital. It is expected that both of the projects will come into operation in October 2018, create jobs for about 1,000 laborers and pay the annual budget of nearly VND10 billion.

At the ceremony, Mr. Bui Minh Hong confirmed that investment registration certificate was just one of the initial procedures of the project. He suggested that after this procedure, the investors would continue to carry out the procedures on issuing the enterprise registration certificates, land use certificates, granting permits to foreign employees, issuing certificates to certify the assets on land ... as regulated. The Management Board of Industrial Parks committed to create favorable conditions for two enterprises in the process of implementing the project.
