Chairman Nguyen Van Tri received and worked with Mr. Cho Bae-Ho, Chairman of the Management Board of Korea Industrial Complex Co., Ltd.

In the morning of April 27th, 2017, Mr. Nguyen Van Tri, Deputy Secretary of the provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the provincial People's Committee, received and worked with Mr. Cho Bae-Ho, Chairman of the Management Board of Korea Industrial Complex Co., Ltd (South Korea) to research the investing environment of the province to survey the investment in infrastructure of industrial parks.

Briefing the socio - economic development achievements of the province, especially the potentials to attract the industrial development, Chairman Nguyen Van Tri emphasized that with the advantages on geographical location, traffic, technical infrastructure, over the past years, the province had focused on the industrial development, attracted many businesses to the province, in which, nearly 100 enterprises from South Korea. At present, Vinh Phuc has 19 industrial parks approved by the Prime Minister, 11 of which were established and put into operation with the high occupancy rate. Particularly, in April 2017, the province handed over more than 200 hectares of clean land to Sumitomo Corporation, (Japan); expectedly, in July 2017, there would be many ancillary investment projects from Japan. Vinh Phuc province would create favorable conditions for Korea to invest in building the industrial park exclusively for Korean investors.

Thank to the warm welcome of the province, Mr. Cho Bae-Ho said that KIC was the construction and general scientific - technical consultancy company, specializing in urban planning, industrial park design... On this occasion, the company expected the province would spend 120 hectares of land for the company to invest in infrastructure exclusively for Korean investors, attracting about 40 ancillary investment enterprises. Mr. Cho Bae-Ho required the province to provide more information on investment incentive mechanisms and policies to develop a project investment plan in the province.
